WE ARE THE BEST! ❤️ I am also a witch and a vampire goblin. I am only 2 feet in height but trust me, don’t come to my forest and piss me off. You people better not steal my goblin images. My redhead goblin gang will hunt you down in your dreams.
I love "reflection of agony". Is it about depression?
Thank you! Reflection of agony could be about depression. I haven’t explained my pictures often, but since you asked, I’ll try :) I wanted to describe that feeling when you try not to lose happiness about something that is important for you. The sky is beginning to lose its color, everything starts to freeze around you and what was warm before, will slowly turn to blue. When you think of agony, it could be monochrome, but I wanted to keep the colors, but make them look like they are fading. In life sorrow is not just ”black and white”, it’s more complex and it contains hopes and expectations.
When I took that picture, there wasn’t much ”beauty” in nature. Autumn was gone and Winter was coming; everything had stagnated. Only dark branches and their frozen reflection were stretching towards the dim light. It’s like when you reach out and try to get compassion from someone, but they don’t care about you. Eventually you have no other choice but to stop trying, stop fighting against the coldness and let it consume you. And all what is left is agony, the reflection of how you felt before you had to give up.
Hi! On March 31 we will have the last Blue Moon in a while (the next one will be on Halloween 2020). Can you do another moon photo to commemorate the event?
hello :) I am so in love with your photography. Absolutely stunning... mind me asking what you shoot with?
Hello :) I’m posting old and new pictures in my blog. I’ve used many Canon cameras (Canon PowerShot A300, 400d, 50d, 7d, 6d etc). I’m happy to hear that you like my photography! Thank you :)
"Reflection of agony" is one of the most moving things I have seen. My medium is words, but I could never express what you have captured in that picture.
Your comment made me emotional :’) Thank you for telling me that.
Whenever i find your posts, i dont have my art stuff handy. I always say, ill scroll back to it when i have my stuff, but i never do. I just end up oogling your stuff and never getting to the point of painting it. Legit so inspiring tho
Let’s face it - to be a decent watercolourist, you also have to be a wizard. I still hope to make it into the club one day. Until then, though…
… let me just enjoy my endless palette of Derwent watercolour pencils, and the fact that the always-awesome @milamai doesn’t mind me playing around with her wonderful photos : * :)
